Filmmaker Karan Johar recently made headlines after an old video of him confessing to try and sabotage Anushka Sharma's career hit the internet. He got slammed by several netizens and B-Town celebs including Kangana Ranaut, director Vivek Agnihotri, and writer-editor Apurva Asrani. Now, it seems like KJo has finally responded to accusations against him via a cryptic poem. On Saturday, he penned a poem saying that he is not amongst those who will bow down and become a slave to lies.
He added that no matter how much one tries to slander and show him in a bad light, he will not fall and that his goodness is his victory. Karan penned a poem in Hindi on his Instagram stories and it read, “Laga lo ilzaam, hum jhukne waalon mein se nahi.., jhoot ka ban jao ghulam...., hum bolne waalon mein se nahi..., jitna neecha dikhaoge..., jitne aarop lagaoge..., hum girne waalon mein se nahi..., humara karam humari Vijay hai...aap utha lo talvaar... In the viral video, shared by a Reddit user, Karan during his interaction with Rajeev Masand and Anupama Chopra, confessed that he was unhappy with Aditya Chopra’s decision to sign the actress as he had another lead actress in mind who he wanted the YRF’s head honcho to sign. He then jokingly added he totally wanted to completely murder Anushk’s career in the industry.
Interestingly, this clip surfaced online, soon after Priyanka Chopra revealed that she was cornered in Bollywood and wasn't getting the work. Soon after this, Kangana came out in support of PeeCee and accused KJo of banning the actress and harassing her to the point she had to leave India.
